Terms of Service

This document is provided in English; the English version governs.

1. The service

EnLup helps you learn English from YouTube videos and X posts by generating bilingual subtitles, translations, wordbooks and practice exercises. The service is provided by QYNETIC TECHNOLOGY LTD (London, United Kingdom).

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service. Sign-in is by email code, Google, or password. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for the activity that happens under it.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free plans include a one-time grant of AI credits; paid plans include a monthly credit allowance.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If you have not used a meaningful portion of the service, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to infringe others' rights or break the law.
  • Do not attempt to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it.
  • Content you add (video links, posts) must be content you have lawful access to. We process it only to provide learning features for you.

5. Intellectual property

The EnLup software, design and brand belong to QYNETIC TECHNOLOGY LTD. Third-party content accessed through the service (videos, posts, subtitles derived from them) remains the property of its respective owners. You keep all rights to your own writing submitted to grammar check.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated translations and explanations can be imperfect and should not be your only source of truth. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
