1. Who we are
EnLup is operated by QYNETIC TECHNOLOGY LTD (London, United Kingdom). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use enlup.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Learning data — the videos and X creators you add, subtitles generated from them, saved words, practice results and grammar submissions.
- Billing data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only keep your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
- Usage data — minimal technical records needed to operate the service (for example, AI credit balances and daily usage counters).
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service: generating bilingual subtitles, looking up words, running practice drills, syncing your wordbook across devices, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Third-party processors
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google and DeepSeek — translation and AI features. Subtitles you submit are sent to these providers to produce translations.
- Resend — delivery of sign-in codes by email.
5. Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons (for example payment records).
6. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in and remember your interface language and theme. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
